WHY IS THE 5% REWARD CALLED A RIPPLE?

Through Family Christian, 100% of our earnings in a year goes to support orphans and widows around the world. And when you shop with us, you help this good work to continue. Just like a pebble dropped in water, you create ripples of change with each purchase. HOW DO I BECOME A 1:27 Rewards MEMBER?

You can become a rewards member several ways. If you already have a Perks account with Family Christian, it can be converted into a 1:27 Rewards account by visiting a Family Christian store. If you are not already a Perks member, you can enroll either online or visit any one of our Family Christian locations.

WHAT IS THE COST TO JOIN THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

There is no cost to join or be part of the 1:27 Rewards program! This loyalty program is not only completely free for you, but it’s a great way for you to earn savings on your favorite products and get involved at Family Christian.

DOES MY REWARDS MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE?

Yes, you must use your rewards card at least once every 12 months in order to keep it activated. However, if your account goes inactive, your account can easily be reactivated again on your next purchase.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS, CAN I STILL BE PART OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

If you don’t have an email address, you still can have a 1:27 Rewards card and potentially receive catalogs. However, as this is a web-based program, you cannot be a fully enrolled member of the 1:27 Rewards program and receive offers without a working email address.

HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?

Simply use your rewards card every day you make a purchase in-store or online at FamilyChristian.com and you’ll earn rewards and special offers for every 1:27 Rewards qualifying purchase. You’ll receive an email within 48 hours of your shopping experience that will include a reward. Additionally, after you spend $127, you’ll earn a Ripple reward (in the amount of 5% of your purchases) toward a future purchase or you may opt to donate your reward to Family Christian Ministries. Remember, you can always visit 127rewards.com to see what rewards you’ve earned and check your 1:27 Rewards balance.

ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS?

There are a few, including: redeemed gift cards, tax, prior purchases, returned merchandise, shipping, script, donations, World Vision sponsorships, and Good Goers trips.

The only reward that can be used in conjunction with a Family Christian coupon is the Ripple reward. It’s just another one of the features that make the Ripple unique and special!

MY REWARD OFFER EXPIRED BEFORE I COULD USE IT. WILL YOU STILL HONOR THE REWARDS?

Each of the special offers you receive will only be good for a specified limited amount of time. Once the date has passed, they cannot be redeemed.

WHAT IF I FORGET MY CARD AT HOME - CAN I STILL EARN MY REWARDS?

Yes! Just be sure to tell your cashier at the time of purchase, and they can look up your account information manually. They’ll tie the transaction to your 1:27 Rewards account. However, the best way to ensure accurate tracking of rewards is to remember your 1:27 Rewards card every time you shop.

HOW CAN I SIGN UP OR REGISTER MY ACCOUNT?

You can join the rewards program in-store or by visiting 127rewards.com and clicking “I’d like to join.”

If you’ve already received a rewards card in our store, you can register your account online using the number on your card. Simply visit 127rewards.com, enter your rewards number and complete the “My Profile” section.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY MEMBERSHIP PROFILE?

You can update your member profile by logging into your account at 127rewards.com and clicking the “My Profile” tab. If you don’t have an account, you can either create one by clicking “I’d like to join” or enter your rewards number into the “Create your 1:27 Rewards account” screen.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I’VE FORGOTTEN MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD?

If you’ve forgotten your username we can send it to the email address we have on record. At the log-in screen, simply choose “I forgot my username” and provide the email address associated with your profile. You will then receive an email with your username.

If you’ve forgotten your password, we will be happy to reset it for you. At the log-in screen, select “I forgot my password” and you’ll be presented with a security question you chose when you created your profile. Simply supply the correct answer, and your password will be reset. Remember, you can always call customer service at 1-888-319-0319 to help you with this as well.

WHAT IF I DO NOT SPEND UP TO $127 EACH YEAR, SHOULD I STILL JOIN?

Yes! Even if you don’t reach that $127 threshold to qualify for a Ripple reward, you’ll still receive great offers and special rewards every day you shop with us.

To receive your rewards and special offers, you’ll need to complete the “My Profile” section of the 1:27 Rewards website and agree to the term and conditions. Then you will be a full 1:27 Rewards member, and receive rewards every day you shop at Family Christian.

A rewards membership may be cancelled at any time by calling customer service at 1-888-319-0319. Please be aware that cancellation may take up to 6 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation, membership will be deactivated and any unpaid rewards will be forfeited.

Yes! In addition to the standard benefits of 1:27 Rewards, pastors enrolled in the program will also enjoy 20% off of every purchase.

How can I stop receiving email or change the amount of emails I get from Family Christian?

There are a few options to change your email preferences:

  • While logged into the 127 Rewards site, you can click My Profile, then click Change Email & Communication Preference
  • While logged into the Family Christian site, you can click My Account, then click Communication Preference Center under the Accounts Dashboard
  • While logged into the Family Christian site, you can click Communication Preference Center under My Account at the bottom of the page
  • Open an email you have received from Family Christian and you can click the unsubscribe link or the Manage Your Email Preferences link

Why is this program called Catalyst?

Members of this program become catalysts for change in many ways. Since $2.50 of your $10 enrollment fee goes to Family Christian Ministries, you are helping to fulfill James 1:27… “to look after orphans and widows in their distress…”

What are the benefits of the Catalyst program?

There are many benefits in joining Catalyst including:
  • When you enroll in-store you’ll receive a special Catalyst offer reserved just for members like you.
  • Also, a portion of your $10 enrollment fee will go to support orphans and widows through Family Christian Ministries.
  • You will receive an additional 10% on our regularly-scheduled coupon offers each new promotional period (about every 4-6 weeks.)

How do I join Catalyst?

You can enroll in Catalyst at a Family Christian store near you, by visiting 127rewards.com and clicking on the Catalyst tab in the navigation bar or through FamilyChristian.com. Just look for the Catalyst banners throughout the site.

Does my Catalyst membership expire?

Your Catalyst membership expires one year from your enrollment. You may renew your membership at any time by visiting a store near you or at www.familychristian.com.

Am I still part of the 1:27 Rewards program too?

Yes. Catalyst is an extension of 1:27 Rewards, so you will receive the benefits of both programs.

When will I get my Catalyst rewards?

Your Catalyst rewards will be emailed every time we enter a new Family Christian promotional period (approximately every 4-6 weeks). When standard customers receive their four base offers from the back of our catalog, Catalyst members will receive the “upgraded” version – the same coupons with an additional +10% Catalyst savings increase. (If you are subscribed to typical Family Christian emails, you will receive both.)

Where exactly will the donation portion of my membership cost go?

How do I register my card?

Because Catalyst is an extension of the 1:27 Rewards program, you can register your card simply by visiting 127rewards.com . Under the navy blue Catalyst login on the right side of the page, choose “I need to register my card.” If you have already registered your 1:27 Rewards card, you do not need to register again.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your member profile by logging into your account at 127rewards.com and clicking the “My Profile” tab. If you don’t have an account, you can either create one by clicking “I’d like to join” or enter your rewards card number by selecting register my card.

When will my qualifying purchases show up in my account?

Can I show my coupon code at the store instead of printing a coupon?

You can redeem your coupons (both 1:27 Rewards coupons and Catalyst coupons), in-store by either printing off your emails or showing the clerk your coupon code on your mobile device.

How do I cancel my membership?

Will you refund my Catalyst membership if I change my mind?

Because a portion of the enrollment fee is donated to Family Christian Ministries to serve orphans and widows the Catalyst enrollment fee is non-refundable.

My spouse wants to use my Catalyst rewards card, is that okay?

Your spouse can use your card to accrue rewards when making a purchase; however the promotional coupons are intended for your use only. The Catalyst program is specially designed for individual use and can only be redeemed by the person whose name appears on the coupon. The Catalyst rewards are only intended for the enrolling member. However, there is no limit on enrolling multiple members in the same household.

Can I combine my Catalyst rewards with other Family Christian coupons?

Once you become a member of Catalyst, you will be receiving new upgraded offers along with your standard Family Christian offers. There is no limit to the number of coupons you can use per visit however, you may not necessarily be able to use multiple coupons on the same item. How will my store know I am a Catalyst member?

There’s no need to worry whether they’ll recognize you, the special Catalyst coupon you bring with you will be proof enough! However, if you forget to bring along your card, a Family Christian store associate will be able to tell that you are a Catalyst member by manually looking up your name and/or card number. They’ll also use this method to tie your transaction to your account. However, to ensure accurate tracking of rewards, the surest way is to remember your card.

How can I request a Catalyst card?

You will not receive a new Catalyst card in addition to your 1:27 Rewards card, however, once you’ve registered for Catalyst, be sure to tell a store associate so they can imprint your existing rewards card with a special “C”. If you lost your card and need to obtain a new one:

  1. Visit a Family Christian location and tell the cashier that you need a card, or
  2. Call a customer service representative at 1-888-319-0319. Please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours to update our files.
